Data Encryption

All datasets uploaded to MAQE Cloud are encrypted at rest and in transit using modern TLS 1.3 standards. Temporary processing data exists only in memory during analysis and is never persisted.

Access Controls

MAQE uses strict role-based access control (RBAC). No employee has access to customer datasets unless explicit written permission is provided.

Monitoring & Detection

All operations are monitored through automated systems. MAQE is integrated with Snyk, CodeQL, Dependabot, and automated scanning pipelines.

Incident Response

MAQE maintains internal protocols for security incident response and severity classification, modeled after industry best practices.

MAQE is designed to follow GDPR principles including: right to access, right to deletion, data minimization, and transparent data usage.

Data Retention

Uploaded datasets are not stored permanently. Users may manually choose to save analysis history, which contains only statistical results, not raw data.

Data Processing Agreement

MAQE provides a lightweight DPA describing how data is handled, processed, and protected throughout the analysis pipeline.

User-Controlled Data

Users may request account deletion at any time. All associated analysis history and data are erased within 24 hours.

MAQE Cloud runs on containerized services and isolates compute environments for each analysis session.

MAQE Engine

The MAQE Engine consists of multiple analytical layers including statistics, Monte-Carlo simulation, anomaly detection, correlation matrices, shock dynamics, and topological data analysis (TDA).

Uptime & Monitoring

Core services are monitored 24/7. A public status page will soon be available for uptime transparency.
